There is a difference between the Democrat and the Republican party foundations that the GOP needs to get a handle on and NEVER LOSE! If the foundation of the Republican party is conservatism and the Democrat’s is liberalism then the REPUBLICANS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT ON EVERY ISSUE. Hello party leaders? Did you get that? Sticking to the fundamentals of free market capitalism, freedom of speech, personal liberty and personal responsibility will always deliver a winning message to any…yes ANY constituency!
I move we immediately ban all polsters and strategists from the GOP at ALL levels. If we just ensure we’re nominating true conservative candidates who can articulate our values, winning is an extremely high probability in virtually every district in this country. If you think that comment is unrealistic and uninformed…that the era of Reagan is over…that America is so far left that the GOP has to be mushy and moderate, then let me introduce you to Scott Brown!
There could not be a tougher district or campaign for a Republican to win than “Teddy’s Seat”. The pollsters and handlers would say, “you’ve got to play to the Liberals…soften your message here and nuance it there…” Pfffffftttttttt!!!! Do that an LOSE like the GOP has lost seats across the nation to become a minority party! Scott ran a fundamentally sound, conservative campaign in one of the toughest elections and districts you could come up with and WON! IT’S CONSERVATISM STUPID! IT WORKS!
So c’mon GOP! Send out those pink slips and tighten your belt! We have a lot of work to do to get rid of the crap the moderates have dragged into the party so that we can not only win elections but return America to her rightful splendor! Lets Roll!!!
I got a text about a Tea Party style rally to be held at the SC State House on Saturday, Jan 9th. I just happened to be visiting in Columbia and thought it would be great to stop by and see what’s going on. I work in Columbia a good bit, and see “SC Against the War” protesters many nights of the week. Suffice it to say, I rarely if ever see a large group of people protesting…a dozen is the most I’ve seen. So I didn’t expect a huge turnout, especially since I had only seen one text message that I posted on Twitter…how many people could know about this? My expectations changed as I merged from I-20 onto I-26 headed to downtown Columbia. I was immediately in the midst of a convoy of cars with their emergency flashers on. Leading the convoy a mile or so ahead were the two familiar yellow flages that I knew must say, “Don’t Tread on Me”. Behind me for as far as I could see were more cars in a single file line with their flashers on…clearly in the same group. My excitement about this event began to build…this is gonna make a statement!
I followed the caravan downtown and flowed into parking like I belonged with them. People emerged from their cars with signs, posters and flags, then made their way up to the State House. As I sat in the parking area to avoid standing in the 35 degree air, I saw more cars and more caravans and more people arrive at the scene. There were hundreds of people from all walks of life and frankly varying views of “limited government”… but all agree that the Obama administration, Pelosi Congress and Reid Senate are usurping state’s rights and exerting excessive control over the states. These voters are asking their state government to step up and assert its Constitutional rights…and the birthplace of the Civil War seems willing to do so.
Few people realize that the United States Constitution establishes a govnernment that is most limited at a federal level and becomes stronger as it gets closer to the people. Unfortunately years of political power grabbing and states trading federal dollars for increased federal regulation have eroded the structure that has served our nation so well. And it does not seem to be stopping there. The US government seems to be willing to accept rulings from international courts, treaties that are unfavorable to our nation and soft borders around our people. Not only are the state’s rights being usurped…they show the risk of being given away beyond our borders! SC voters realize that the place to begin to fix this problem is with the states. The Constitution provides provisions for the states to reign in an out of control federal government…and now is the time for them to begin that task. We need other states on board immediately!
What would a well funded and supported “Global Marshall Plan” mean to you? It should scare the Hell out of you! The Marshall Plan was the allies’ plan to rebuild Europe after it was bombed back to the Stone Age in WWII. Governments, borders and economies were completely reworked by a central body. A plan to do this on a global scale, such as the “Global Marshall Plan”, would place all governments and the world economy under one leader or leadership body. This movement utilizes the environmental movement and is tightly related to unified religion and the emergence of a messianic world leader. To get a quick taste of it, call the following number advertised on CNN…this was the beginning of my research: (800) 870 6108. Behind this phone number, the corporation that sponsors it and the website it references is a man named Todd Lorentz.
Here is how Todd Lorentz describes his relationship to “The Global Marshall Plan”…
“I am involved in many areas, but principally working with a group of bright individuals on the development of a “Global Marshall Plan” designed to link all of the major issues in the world in finding a solution that will eliminate the disparity between the have and the have-not nations. Our organisation, Centre for Global Negotiations, has partnered with other groups around the world in advancing this plan. Our current project, called the Convention on the Global commons, invites groups and individuals from all walks of life around the world to participate in developing a practical plan to transform our world for the better.”

If you are an atheist, humanist, agnostic or pagan you should be alarmed at the free mixture of government and religion in this movement. A unifying messianic figure who will bring all of the world governments into cooperation under a theosophical banner. Separation of church and state…and even state and state dissolves in this unified world view. If you are a Christian you are no doubt thinking “AntiChrist” at this point. The prophesied religious/political leader who is the “fake Messiah” destined to lead the world astray. In either case, a worldwide power mixing government and religion cannot be good…yet this seems to be the purpose of this well funded, well organized group.
Revelation 17 prophesies about a “great prostitute” or “great whore” who “sits on many waters” and with whom “the kings of the earth committed adulteries”. In this allegorical representation the prostitute or whore represents false religion…a religion that promises a pathway to God, but only leads to falsehood… Your take-away should be “religion”… The “great prostitute” also has strong political influence and power with the “kings of the earth”. In other words, the governments of the world worked in cooperation with this religion to achieve political advantage… For years the identification of this allegorical figure has been sought… The Catholic church, Islam and other straws have been grasped at to identify the organization described in this prophecy…but none have fit the bill of deep global, political influence…but not anymore. The organizations Todd Lorentz is involved in and their teachings are very much in line with this political/religious organization and ultimately the prominent leader we refer to as the “AntiChrist”.
At this point you may wonder if I am I suggesting Todd Lorentz is the antichrist… No…certainly I am not. Yet, if Jesus had John the Baptist to make his way ready, I would say there is the possibility that Todd Lorentz is the AntiChrist’s “John the Baptist”. While I still know very little of Todd other than what I have gleaned from his internet writings…he seems to be a central figure in making the way for a single, worldwide Theocratic leader… That is both troubling from a separation of church and state standpoint…and a Christian standpoint…
