I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on “Click Here to reset it” on the My Account page. You will be asked to enter your @MegaDittos.com email. After submitting the request, a confirmation link will be set to your alternate email address with instructions on how to reset your account.

How do I access my email with my browser?

Click “Webmail” at the top of the MegaDittos.com home page.

Can I use Outlook or Gmail to check my @MegaDittos.com email address?

Yes. Once logged into your account select "Configure my Mail Client" from the bottom menu. From the Mail Client page you will be able to locate the appropriate information needed to set up IMAP, POP, or other email clients.

What happens to my email after my subscription year is up?

Your @MegaDittos.com email will auto renew via PayPal on your renewal date. If you no longer want your email address, you can change your renewal settings by logging into your account.

Can I forward my @MegaDittos.com email to another email address?

Yes. Once logged into your email account select "Forwarding Options" from the bottom menu. From the Forwarders page you will be able to specify an alternative email address for your @MegaDittos.com email.
